A 40 percent chance of rain didn’t matter to this awesome couple. It was all love and sunshine in their eyes, especially of their little baby Olive. She was NOT a fan of me and my camera. Before I started snapping fancy photos, I waited tables like most struggling artists do. I waited tables at County Line on the lake where I met Danny and Shannon. Flash forward 6 years later they got engaged and I happened to be a wedding photographer!!!  Danny and Shannon had been following my work over the years from when I started ( I call that the dark ages ) to present time.  I was so happy they asked me to be their wedding photographer!  So here is their sneak peek !!

 

 

 

 

 

 

On May 12th Wendy and Nathan will be getting hitched and they have the cutest wing man, their baby Sawyer!

You couldn’t of asked for a more perfect day then on February 23rd for Ed and Tamara’s bid day. A big blue sky, perfect 70 degree weather, a awesome location at Chateau Bellevue, and a super rad couple. The coolest part about them is that not only did they love my work, the reason they book me was my about me!!??!? Seriously at the end of the wedding Ed DEMANDED I put my camera down and dance….. Today, Icon formally launched its software service, a digital business card for the modern professional. Icons also create rich, dynamic professional profiles automatically by aggregating your existing social feeds, allowing you to easily curate your professional persona. After a successful private beta and just in time for SXSW, Icon is now publicly available at www.icon.me.  

Tonight’s party commemorated the public launch with family, friends, colleagues, press and featured Icon users. It was a bit too chilly to chill on the McGarrah Jessee rooftop lounge, so we turned the McJ lobby into the perfect party venue.

Catered by Peached Tortilla food truck, guests enjoyed passed appetizers and a bar, featuring “the iconic” – a paloma recipe that proved to be quite the hit. DJ Ariel Quintains set the mood from the balcony while party goers mingled and shared Icons. For those who had not yet created Icons, two Apple desktops served as “kiosks” for browsing and creating profiles.

Christina and Eric came to visit Austin, Texas all the way from Wisconsin. I was honored when they asked me to shoot their engagement photos. They liked me so much they asked me to shoot their wedding in New York City!!
